Jodi Louise Smith
Registered Manager/CEO
The registered Manager and CEO at Autism Centred Care is Jodi Smith. Jodi has vast experience in the care field specifically in settings she has experience in working with individuals with Autism, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Jodi has worked has experience in support worker, senior support worker and deputy manager roles within care settings. Jodi has worked in care specifically supporting those with Autism, learning disabilities, mental health and complex behaviour needs since 2010 starting as a support worker and working up to a multi site registered manager for a complex care service. Jodi left managing briefly in May 2019 and worked as an adult social care inspector for the Care quality commission for 11 months before returning to a complex care service for those with Autism, learning disabilities, mental health and associated behaviours which challenge as a regional manager overseeing 10 residential care homes. Jodi then begun to establish Autism Centred Care with a focus on providing person centred care packages for those with complex needs, specifically those with Autism. Jodi is trained in the new Level 5 leadership In implementing Positive Behaviour support (PBS). Jodi has also completed a Level 7 QCF in business management and development, QCF Level 5 in management of Health and Social Care, Level 3 QCF in Health and social care, Level 2 award in teaching and training, Level 2 QCF in Mental Health Awareness, Level 3 in First Aid at work and Level 3 award in teaching and education and has levels 1-4 in Makaton sign language.

Abimbola Oridate
Co-Director
Abimbola Oridate is one of the Co Directors of Autism Centre Care Limited. Abimbola is a Registered Mental Health Nurse that has got huge experience in the care industry most especially in care settings she has knowledgeable skills in working with individuals with Autism, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviours. Abimbola has worked in different companies as a support worker such as Axis Recruitment Limited, from 2011-2012
She worked at Abi Homes Care Limited now known as Precious Homes Care Limited from 2012-2016
Abimbola worked as a support worker at Really Flexible Care Limited from 2016 until 2023, within these years, she completed Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, went to Milton Keynes College to obtain qualification for Access to Nursing then proceeded to the University Of Northampton where she obtained a BSC degree in Mental Health Nurse and works as a mental health nurse within the NHS.
